      at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Minimum booking numbers
      apply. The minimum number must be met and confirmed at the time of full
      payment.

Cancellation
Policy

• We operate a 7-day
      cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made 7
      days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
• For cancellations made
      more than 7 days in advance, payments may be held as a credit for future
      use within 6 months of the original booking date.
• All cancellations must
      be made in writing and sent to spa.reservations@lakedistricthotels.net
