Start your day right with 2 hours relaxing in our thermal spa 7.30am-9.30am, 9.45am-11.45am,12-2pm or 2.15pm-4.15pm with a hot drink or fruit smoothie of your choice and traybake followed by a 50 minute treatment.

Please note, due to our heat experiences we only allow over 18's in the spa due to health and safety,  ID may be asked to be seen on arrival.
